About Kings Place

Kings Place is an Retirement Living Plus development, designed specifically for the over 70s, comprising 63 one and two-bedroom apartments. Located in the town of Fleet, just steps away from local amenities. Fleet is situated in the north-east corner of Hampshire, ideally located near the M3 motorway. The Basingstoke Canal runs through the area and is a popular destination for walking, boating, picnicking and fishing. The area is also steep with history, with both Dogmersfield Park and the ruins of King John’s Castle.

Each apartment has a fully fitted kitchen, underfloor heating, fitted and tiled shower room with level access shower and a 24 hour emergency call system. All our high quality retirement apartments incorporate intelligent design, giving you gorgeous, yet practical living spaces that are safe, secure and energy efficient. 

As well as the privacy of your own apartment, there’s the opportunity to lead a full and active social life. You can call into the residents’ lounge whenever you feel like company, and it’s a lovely place to meet up with friends or join in the many activities organised by residents and the Estate Management team. The lounge is also the perfect space to invite friends and family over for a special celebration.

Open every day, our table service restaurant serves tasty and nutritious lunches for our homeowners and their friends and family, at a very reasonable price. All the food is freshly prepared and we can cater for special dietary requirements. For a special occasion or celebration, you’re also welcome to book our function room and there is a computer available to use here.

The development has a CQC Registered Estate Manager who leads the team and oversees the running and maintenance at the development. One hour of domestic support per week is included in the service charge at Kings Place with additional services including care and support available at an extra charge. However, this can be from as little as 15 minutes per session which can be increased or decreased to suit your needs.
